  I needed some help trying to get the Windows 10 installation loaded onto 3,000 floppy disks and thankfully PC World didn't disappoint. Not only did the chap talk me through the process but they actually had 3,000 floppy disks in stock to my amazement, so I purchased the lot. Definitely recommend.

  I bought a washing machine 10 days ago and paid £19.99 for a 4 hour delivery last Friday. It didn't turn up. Called and after 40 minutes on hold was told it would still be delivered. Didn't turn up. Called on Saturday and after 35 minutes on hold was told my washing machine was out of stock but would be delivered on Tuesday with another 4 hour window. Didn't show up. I'm taking time off work here folks. Called and after 40 minutes was told it would still be delivered. It wasnt. Called back a couple of hours later and after another 40 minutes on hold I was told call centre was closing. Pathetic. Never again. I'm cancelling my order tomorrow. I have always bought from Curry but I'm done. They owe me my £19:99 plus over £6 in phone calls. Never once was I communicated with except when i called them at 5p a minute.
