  Had a very bad customer experience involving Kathleen with the short blonde hair. So I was buying a packet of sweets which said £1 on them so I handed £1 to her at the till. She didn't say anything and just gave me a dirty look. so I walked off, but then she shouted at me to come back. Apparently the sweets cost £2.09 even though they say £1 on them. But when I paid her the £2.09 she then said a rude phrase about me to her colleague who was on the other till like I wasn't even there. I was a daily customer at dunnes stores in enniskillen but this experience has now put me off and I will now have to go to Lidl. I felt let down and not at all valued as a daily customer after this experience and will certainly not go back to dunnes anytime soon if this is how they train their staff.
