  is alright,good and big open plan and everything well signed instore.but i notice some reviews saying good selection of clothes,well it is very limited now instore now and mostly shoes.click and collect well that is a different story as it is a disaster (tesco direct click and collect instore) as when you go in and you wait at counter for around 8-10 mins and then told aburptly to join the checkout that only serves 5 items or less. then while waiting on the people who have a basket half full getting served (the till at the cigarettes) you are asked for collection number and got your item but one person in particular makes you feel like it is an inconvience to get the item but chat to other staff members while serving. i was in retail for 8 years and left to persue different things but i will say if i was seen doing this to a customer then i would have been sacked ages ago after a warning if i was seen.not i am not saying sck them but i feel some more trainning could be availed of on customer service. i would love if they got a sercet shopper to go in and try the click and collect direct and see the staff for themselves. now evening staff at like 8pm is a different story as i encountered 2 throughtout the time i was there to get a few bits were very helpful,friendly and very chatty and smiling.
